What can I do?

Number one would be SAVE YOUR SEEDS, or learn to save them!  Learning to seed save is the first step in ensuring a strong and lasting local food system.

Spreading the word about the importance of biodiverstiy, regional varieties and seed saving helps our cause immensely!  With that in mind, we are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers for our larger events like the Annual Seed Swap and the Heirloom Expo.  You can subscribe to our newsletter below to keep informed of upcoming volunteer opportunities.

If you are interested in hosting a starting a local seed library, contact us!

We will be happy to discuss how we can help.  Swaps and seed libraries are wonderful ways to ensure varieties will go on.
